881300 2010-04-30 07:39:00 Looking for a better media player for windows 7 64x, as 20000+ songs tends to overload WMP11.

881301 2010-04-30 07:58:00 Media player classic is good as is VLC (Video Lan) take your pick, I use both and am happy with the results, they don't do album art like WMP though gary67 (56)

881308 2010-04-30 21:57:00 Surprised no one has suggested Foobar I use it for audio because of the tabbed interface, it also has many advanced features, bit of a learning curve but very good:

Here is how mine looks, there are many choices, I make mine look like WinAmp ver 2.8 which I also like but because it is not tabbed I moved to Foobar:

I would strongly suggest you give Foobar a whirl. It's quite an interesting player, very light on resources unlike the others.
