882834 2010-05-06 09:15:00 Hi
Can anyone please tell me how to stop Windows Live Messenger and HP support from coming up and dominating opening page on start up of my computer? I'm on windows 7.
Appreciate tips on this.
Cheers

882835 2010-05-06 09:22:00 Use ccleaner and delete their entries from startup Speedy Gonzales (78)
882836 2010-05-06 09:29:00 Click Start, type in msconfig click it in the search results, on the startup tab, untick the programs you dont want to run.

For Windows live messenger, you can also click on the Question Mark on the right in messenger, just beside your logo As highlighted (www.imagef1.net.nz)select " show menu Bar" then from the menu bar Tools/ Options/Sign in -- Untick " automatically run Windows Live messenger when I log on to Windows"
