Whatever rings your bells zqwerty....:banana

800796 2009-08-14 23:36:00 I got booted out of a mall in Chch about 3 months ago for taking pictures in one of the corridors, they told me it was not allowed, I stuck to my guns saying I was in a free country and my father had fought in the 2nd WW for these freedoms, got banned from the Mall and a threat of Police action if I ever showed my face again.

No BS. TRUTH. (this is the edit) - F..k them I still feel angry about it, where is my briefcase nuclear weapon?

"we have maintained a silence closely resembling stupidity" remember that?

I was just trying out a new camera, no other reason, just trying inside and outside shots to gain familiarity with the camera.

Must be just a mid South Island thing.

800797 2009-08-15 06:19:00 About ten years ago we looked at a show house in Christchurch that we fancied - I have lousy short term memory so took my camera with me to take some shots we could look at in more detail later on.

We were very quickly stopped - we were NOT allowed to take photographs in their show home.

It was a very ordinary conventional place with no sign of a huge break through in design methods so I had to presume they just simply had something wrong with the house and they didn't want people to photograph it.
I sent them a sympathy letter and hoped they would cure whatever was wrong with the house so that it could be photographed.
We didn't risk buying from them.

That was a cunning stunt and well done.;)

Someone says it is illegal to take photos inside a kindergarten of any pupil unless you have the pupil's parent's permission. Is this just a Rule or is it really a law?

You could consider taking the photos anyway then post the said pics on youtube or similar.

Then we could vote on who is the hottest possibly.

Personally I would not vote but that is just me!
