2009-08-16 11:48:00 | We do not have natural selection in New Zealand. We have voters or non voters. Natural selection would imply survival of the fit. Fit for what? Fit for eating later as-is. Those who fail the road test have to be frozen if required for later consumption.

2009-08-16 12:14:00 | Natural selection comes into play when it comes to wool-gathering: virgin wool comes from the sheep that run the fastest . . . They would also have the most meat for a nice roast leg of hogget . . . Mmmmm! Roast hogget, with roastie potatoes and baby peas (not minted!), with roast parsnip, kumara and pumpkin and lashings of gravy!! But they wouldn't be able to run very fast after THAT harvest . . . :(

2009-08-16 12:16:00 | Not quite sure how we got from corrupt politicians and drive-through Braille-equipped ATMs to roast dinner.... :illogical  :D

2009-08-16 15:32:00 | FROM SNOPES : * The information isn't independently verifiable, ... * The original article is now several years old ... * The list is long on vague innuendo and woefully short of hard facts. ... * Lacking any specific context, some of these claims border on the silly. ... Some of our Congressional representatives certainly have less-than-stellar personal records, but many of them are in fact dedicated, honest, hard-working public servants. Tarring them all with the brush of anonymous, vague accusation does no one any good. Read all of this urban legend article HERE (www.snopes.com). ** Snopes does not say ALL of the accusations are false, so it is not a 'pure' hoax or urban legend. Nevertheless, the claims should be "taken with a few grains of salt".

2009-08-16 21:31:00 | Yeah - you ought to see the police records of the group there now! Don't forget that there be Kennedys there and all the troubles the Dems have with costume failures in the zipper area.

2009-08-16 21:58:00 | ... Don't forget that there be Kennedys there and all the troubles the Dems have with costume failures in the zipper area. The Democrats are not squeaky clean but if you think the Republicans actually have better family values and don't fail in the zipper area, then I guess Fox News has not bothered to mention the problems with Governor Sanford, Senator David Vitter, Larry Craig, Ted Haggard, Rev. Mike Hintz, Paul Stanley, Sen. John Ensign, ... the list goes on and on. They all pretend to stand for "family values" but have no problem cheating on their wives. Read the last paragraph of this article. (www.metrowestdailynews.com) You :groan: won't find this exposure on Fox :yuck: News or other conservative Republican news outlets - or from pulpits. This article is also typical. (ken_ashford.typepad.com) All political parties can be hypocritical at times but Republicans are masterful hypocrites.

2009-08-16 22:26:00 | I just know that I have a happier life (relatively) when the Dems are in office . They like business and they hate unions . Me too . They are all risen scummy dross and you know what floats to the top of a swimming pool - (reference to Caddy Shack)
