800785	2009-08-14 03:12:00	I got booted out of a mall in Chch about 3 months ago for taking pictures in one of the corridors, they told me it was not allowed, I stuck to my guns saying I was in a free country and my father had fought in the 2nd WW for these freedoms, got banned from the Mall and a threat of Police action if I ever showed my face again. No BS. TRUTH. (this is the edit) - F..k them I still feel angry about it, where is my briefcase nuclear weapon? "we have maintained a silence closely resembling stupidity" remember that? I was just trying out a new camera, no other reason, just trying inside and outside shots to gain familiarity with the camera. Is a mall not private property?	Laura (43)
800786	2009-08-14 03:15:00	I guess it might depend what people are going to do with the photo's - sell on stock photo sites, share on online photo sites, blogs, web sites etc. I use to take photo's for my sites, but found it easier/quicker to buy or get free photo's (e.g. SXC (www.sxc.hu/)) from stock sites. For people photo's (and commercial photo's) to upload for stock sites, they require a comprehensive "model" release agreement to be signed...	kahawai chaser (3545)
800787	2009-08-14 06:35:00	In my work it is law we cannot put cameras that show kids in school. Im talking preschool on some sites, by law we cant, but its not that we want to watch the kids, we want to watch what happens after hours, but law says we cant watch areas that preschoolers occupy, even if they have a high crime rate. We have cameras in sth aucks that show peeps breaking into a preschool but because we cant show the actual footage of these ****ing **** sucking mother ****ers because of the law we cant prosicute. 800793	2009-08-14 22:05:00	Don't care whether it's private property or not, it is petty nonsense, I had no motive other than testing out the camera, I wasn't pinching their wonderful marketing methods or anything else, they don't own the air or the light reflecting off their shabby little mall out in Hornby, they are lucky I walked in the door, I won't be buying anything from there again, and since I was with a group they also were astounded by the high handed behaviour of the idiots controlling the place, they have lost quite a few potential customers.	zqwerty (97)
