The following is from the police site within the hour: Title: Post Mortem On Baby's Body A post mortem examination is being carried out on the body of a baby found at an address in the West Auckland suburb of Greens Bay yesterday. Police and an ambulance went to the Barron Drive address at about 4.45pm on Monday 24 August 2009 where they discovered the deceased body of a 30 week old baby. The gender of the baby is not yet determined. Detective Sergeant Sean Hyland-Mills of the Waitakere CIB says the post mortem will hopefully give police an informative, detailed commentary of how the baby has died. “Medical professionals and relatives are being spoken to and a scene examination is in progress. The address remains in police control while our investigations continue.” “We are getting the full support of all persons involved,” Detective Sergeant Hyland-Mills said. :horrified |

My thoughts are that in both those cases, the parents are better adjusted, more caring, and the children more fortunate than the offspring of some drunken illicit coupling. These couples went into the arrangement after much soul searching on their part - and objective assessment of their parenting suitability by the adoption agencies concerned. So please, more objectivity and much less homophobia here. And my heart goes out to this poor unfortunate child. LOL, so you are comparing some queens with a abusive family unit?...***, great long term vision there WalOne...I didnt say homosexuals were bad parent or not better than an abusive family unit. Family values and malfemale gender roles, interaction and everything else that goes with a loving tradition family unit can never ever be substituted period. This is all about gay rights, not how the child will feel later in life or how they are missing relational interaction skills. |

Did they say if was from a smack? Well of coarse it was a smack! What a stupid question! smacks are the only things that harm children that's why we have a law the government wont remove even though the majority don't want the law.The baby was 30 (estimated) weeks gestation (preterm), not 30 weeks old. Time for people to get their facts right before jumping to conclusions. |
