| 884575 | 2010-05-13 22:25:00 | I am using MS Security and to date I have had no problems. Yesterday it picked up a virus and asked to clean my computer to which I said yes. It reported that the file was quarantied. Since then I have the following message on startup: Access Violation 1322657F in module MS17e5.exe read of address 0000000 I can only assume that it is avestage of the virus that my antivirus is not picking up. Any suggestions? Thanks |

| 884577 | 2010-05-14 01:38:00 | Thank you I have done that and removed the problem at startup. There is a icon on my desktop labeled "My Security Engine" which has only appeared very recently. Clicking on this icon takes me back to the same Access violation window. Click OK and then I get the message that MS17e5.exe has to be shut down. OK to that and up comes the MS Security local home page. What do you suggest for the next step. Thank you |
