The crypt is located in the Westwood Village Memorial Park cemetery near the UCLA campus in Los Angeles . It belonged to Richard Poncher who died 23 years ago at the age of 81 . His wife, Elsie decided to sell the crypt to pay off her $1 . 6 million mortgage on her Beverly Hills home . If the ebay bidder is authentic, she now has enough money to pay off that mortgage and buy a vacation home . No word on what happens to Mr . Poncher's remains .
