| 804398 | 2009-08-26 23:40:00 | robbery led to brutal revenge, jury hears 4:00AM Thursday Aug 27, 2009 By Andrew Koubaridis A man who robbed an Iranian-born drug-dealer of P and cash was later "lured" to an Auckland house, trapped and then beaten to death, a court has heard. Ahmad Matlobyaygazwini, 35, Tuale Joe Fuimaono, 28 and Ali Rafiee, 28, are accused of murdering Bjorn Justin Henderson on March 9 last year. Crown prosecutor Kristin Lummis told the jury in the High Court at Auckland that Mr Henderson, 27, was a regular drug user. Well dispatching a foreign drug dealer isnt high up on my list of shock and horror at killings. |

Maybe killing drug dealers is better than stealing from them. It's better for health. It's always a good day when one drug related piece of crap kills another drug related piece of crap. |

| 804402 | 2009-08-27 03:25:00 | When it happens locally it is merely high spirits, childish pranks, or the like. It's the "elsewhere" crimes that are so intrinsically evil. (Comes from a lack of chocolate fish in the early childhood diet.) So-o-o - what you're saying is that if a teen perp were to keep his shenanigans local and NOT cross over a city line, then it's just prankish? I don't know if I agree that this is a good policy. If what happens in ChCh - STAYS in ChCh, then it's a minor ChCh-type affair and not one for general Tectonic-plate general news and therefor newsworthy? On second thought - this may be a very good policy. The parents should also be afforded the same legitimacy for killing the brat if it's also done inside the ChCh city limits. |

Dont even know why the police prosecute one criminal killing another criminal drug dealer/user My pick wasn't in the eye of the person committing the crime, it's the press I have the jaws for . Most times here in the States, the reporter's dialog goes something like this: "Today in Carson, an unidentified and non-racially known person of undefined sex, weight and height killed a non-nationality-known store owner and was caught by the police after he was found hiding in the attic of the store that he had robbed . His description has not been released for reason of prisoner's security as the neighborhood is literally up-in-arms over this sad and horrible crime to a fine, upstanding rehabilitated ex-drug dealer and fully reformed undocumented resident and Mexican drug-lord hit man who was out on parole . The alleged shooter had in his possession a full-automatic 38 caliber revolver manufactured by the disgusting and illegal-in-this-reporter's-opinion, Smith & Wesson company and several clips of Remington Arms 80mm armor piercing ammunition, some with tracers . His body had lashed to it several small-yield nuclear devices manufactured by the Browning Munitions Company and an automatic Kalashnikov . 50 caliber shotgun capable of firing 3,000 rounds a second from it's two banana clips . In his desert-camo pants pockets were found a fully automatic knife manufactured by the Remington Small Arms Company of unknown caliber and another smaller semi-automatic penknife that could be used to poke an arresting officer's eye out . The suspect: Benjamin Pokedorappanpohistradink will be transported down St . Andrew's Street, in a Southerly direction in an unarmored open-top convertible car at 10:13 on his way to his arraignment when he arrives at the San Pedro Police Station on 22365 South Leandro Street, Wilmington at 11:22 and be escorted in handcuffs and leg irons up the 44 steps into the facility . Onlookers are cordially invited . The name of the store owner and details of his demise could not be ascertained and were not available at this time . " See? |

As the mother of the peice of crap that you are referring to, until you know the whole story i suggest you keep your opinions to yourself. thats the problem with this world everyone is sooooo judgemental. you do not no the facts in this situation you only believe what you read or hear in the media. try living in our world and see how losing a loved one to the hands of others make you feel. Its always a good day when theres one less judgemental person in the world |

Drugs is drugs just because it's a son doesn't make it right to be a crim. And drug dealers peddling pain, misery and often death should be killed very very slowly and with as much pain as they inflict on others by their actions. | gary67 (56) | ||
| 804406 | 2009-08-29 08:29:00 | The problem with guns is the things you see when you haven't got one handy and need it. Rephrase: The problem with guns is that the people who are anti-gun are the ones who got stabbed because they weren't carrying. .. or not. |
