884360	2010-05-12 10:34:00	Everytime I try to use Windows Update I get the following error; Code 80072EFE Windows Encountered and unknown error After searching through windows help and support and hours looking on the internet, I have realised that I can also not open any website that has 'microsoft.com' in the address. I have tried numerous anti-virus and anti-malware programs to no avail. I am running Vista 32-bit SP2. Any ideas??	lvlrhotshot (15773)
884361	2010-05-12 10:51:00	Are you using another firewall, besides Vista's? Are you using any proxies? Go through this (support.microsoft.com). Read Advanced Method A and see whats in the hosts file Get hijackthis below (if you cant get there normally, boot into safe mode / networking). Download / install / run it.
