| 1452391 | 2018-08-08 07:59:00 | My post: "Bozeman Montana Man Admits To Killing Wife" __________________________________________________ ___ Today at 8:22 AM #1 LinuxLover I recognize that that's not shocking, since domestic violence is a common battleground that can spiral into beatings (it can go either way these days), stabbings (usually a female attribute), pushing down stairs/out second story windows (male technique, unfortunately), imprisoning (usually also a male bastion), or shooting (again, either way here). So it comes as no surprise that using a weapon..... is a typical ho-hum headline because weapons are used so many times in He Did: She Said lawsuit. In this case the She Said part is missing because: she's dead. BOZEMAN - A Bozeman faces 102 years in prison after pleading guilty to killing his wife with a frying pan in Bozeman on New Years Eve 2016. Jake Collins was scheduled to go on trial in August for the charges of deliberate homicide and tampering with evidence but chose to take a plea agreement with prosecutors last Friday. Collins pleaded guilty to deliberate homicide Friday in District Court Judge Holly Brown’s courtroom. The prosecutor said in exchange for Collins' guilty plea he would recommend 100 years in prison for the charge of deliberate homicide and two years for a weapons enhancement. Additionally, the prosecutor allowed a recommendation of 10 years served concurrently for the charge of tampering with evidence." "Tampering with evidence" here was obviate by cooking breakfast in the pan the next day. Where's the justice in this? Why aren't frying pans registered? Was this an illegal CCP* situation? (* CCP = Carrying Concealed Pan) I'm incensed! But later, Collins admitted to striking her repeatedly in the head with a cast iron frying pan while she lay on their bed" there should be a capacity restriction to limit frying pan strikes to 10 or less. __________________________________________________ ___ Today at 8:42 AM #5 686-ar15-g17fan Biggsly said: ↑ [Nobody needs a frying pan over 8".] Now I got pan envy |

| 1452393 | 2018-08-08 21:31:00 | I read this recently: www.amazon.com Also watch the TV program. He, rightly, says the ways people kill each other no longer surprise him, are varied and the myth of the gentle female is just that, including mothers. Mothers towards their children too. There was one case that caused a fuss on the TV show...2 drunks...one older guy who supplied the alcohol and the small, slim, young thing (female) who got annoyed cause he ran out. He actually choked to death - on his eyeballs, which she gouged out and shoved down his throat. So much for the gentle, weak females huh. So never mind frying pans.... |
