| 1449523 | 2018-05-13 03:21:00 | My W10 work computer has 10 files of 'Microsoft Visual C ++' installed on 13/04/2017, 16/04/2017, & 4/03/2018. Are these all necessary, and could they be slowing the computer down? |

Have a read of the following article that explains it all. why-are-there-so-many-microsoft-visual-c-redistributables-installed-on-my-pc/ (www.howtogeek.com) As to removing them -- Scroll sown to "Can I Uninstall Some of Them?" You decide. They wont be using any resources. The actual size is not worth worrying about either. Just looked at mine 14 entries, combined total = 242MB Whip-de-do :) Get more than that for internet web browsing over 1 night. |
