| 885991 | 2010-05-18 08:24:00 | Recently I accidentally dropped my Iphone on the ground and now it doesn't start up anymore. It's broken. Would anyone be able to tell me in simple steps who I need to see or how I would go about to get it fixed? I went to the Apple site where I purchased it but it quickly I got completely lost. Thanks |

See here- www.iphonematters.com if you have household insurance it should be an easy fix, my wifes one went down the loo and AMI had us a new one in 24 hours. Throwing it in the sea is a bad tempered response and won't help the situation, much much better to have a fine piece of engineering and design working as it should. |
