Ok it is a 4 stroke. I will have a look at this governor thing, wasn't aware there was one.

805513 2009-09-01 07:57:00 Knowing whether its a 2 or 4 stroke is a great help to trouble shooting.
Being a 4 stroker it should have a mixture screw but it maybe anti tamper.

I think the bit that gets bent is the mount with the end of the cable.

The second part of the video has a rather dangerous method of sharpening the blade. I'm not a fan of angle grinders with the disc guard off.
