| 885597 | 2010-05-17 01:51:00 | My computer loads up only as far as the windows hp logo page.There is no task bar or start button on the screen.I have tried to start up in safe mode via F1 but the result is still the same.Using F8 on start up gets me to the boot pge but this does not help at all.How can I get my into my computer to fix this problem.It doesn't read on the floppy disc or cd drivesCan any one help me. | drdread2 (15776) | ||
