885038 2010-05-15 05:46:00 I have just bought a new WD elements external hard drive 1TB how can i set up an automatic back up from C drive to new external drive? dgoddard (8993)

i've got the 500GB portable elements and it doesnt have backup software

885046 2010-05-15 07:26:00 So have you looked to see if the backup program is installed? On some systems it wasn't by default but can be installed via your CD assuming you have one.
