| 805102 | 2009-08-29 10:12:00 | 1) Yes, I've done it 2) No 3) No. If you think it is, pause then press exit from life. 4) Ummmm think it was C+ for chem, right up to A for bio for me. Minimum pass rate for any paper is C-. |

Go work - get a job, show some maturity. Maybe learn english while you are at it. If you are are too lazy/incompetent to type out whole words, do you really think you should be aiming for higher education?? :p n assessing whether to grant Special Admission in exceptional cases, the primary focus will be an applicant’s level of preparedness for university study. From the AUT website. It's not that cryptic, they'll talk to you and consider whether you are a waste of their time or not. |

People fail TFC because they can't be ****ed to wake up in the morning to catch the bus to uni and miss out lectures after lectures. Simple as that. It's like school. The recommendation is get a job. Save some money, turn 20 go to uni. No, TFC is not like school. The whole format is in most ways just like university. The only difference is the material being taught - it's mostly year 12 and 13 stuff. In high school you get a couple of weeks being taught a part of a subject, eg evolution in biology. In TFC you are given much less time, just like a stage 1 paper. Although stage 1 paper is harsher as it crams more inside the same time period. Oh, BTW forums12345 I suggest you write English properly. English is a compulsory paper in TFC and the lady who teaches English, Nina, will not take your kind of English kindly. Make a habit of writing out proper English. It ain't hard. |

Work two years, save up do whatever, not sit idly by, so you can go to uni prepared. I went off to uni at 18. Studied for a good two year and couldn't afford to finish it. Taking a year off to get myself financially sorted, then back again next year. Knowing what I know now, I would have worked my ass off till I was 20 and sailed comfortably through in one go. Life would have been much easier. Any lack of motivation and you are done for. No, TFC is not like school. The whole format is in most ways just like university. The only difference is the material being taught - it's mostly year 12 and 13 stuff. Yes, that is what I meant. |

Most people I know/heard of who waited till they were 20 were lazy bums and nothing else . With that sort of attitude and evident lack of motivation it's inevitable they would crash and burn . |
