806729 2009-09-04 07:18:00 I have seen traffic cones atop trees the height of, and alongside, the Newmarket Flyover. I can understand how some foolhardy youth could climb a Norfolk Pine - you do not need any permission to do that, but how do you put a cone on top of the Sky Tower. With difficulty? Roscoe (6288)

It'll be easier just to climb the pole. There's a heap of communications gear up there, so it is built to allow people to climb it on a regular basis.
