2010-05-20 05:35:00 | here (www.nodevice.com) - but no ide how legit they are, the site says 1.32MB - but the download file is actually 13.5MB. Another place (driverscollection.com) says 2.44MB -- so who knows. Viewsonic dont even appear to have them. The default MS ones are fine.

2010-05-20 05:38:00 | Sounds a bit dodgy if its 13 mb ! Just for a monitor | Speedy Gonzales (78) | |
2010-05-20 06:05:00 | Just download it, and looked inside the zip file, theres two - Contents (www.imagef1.net.nz) - looks like the top ones the correct size. Not that I actually have ever used Viewsonic Drivers, the default ones always work fine. | wainuitech (129) | |

Windows does it just fine. Ever heard of anyone having a monitor driver issue? No. |

2010-05-21 00:39:00 | Monitors don't have drivers. At most they have information files detailing the maximum resolution etc supported so Windows knows what it can and can't do, and maybe a colour profile. I understand your concern with Windows being stupid, but even installing said files won't make the monitor run any more "smoothly"
