| 806766 | 2009-09-04 06:46:00 | Ordered some parts Wednesday evening, motherboard was out of stock with a 12 day lead time, got home tonight from work and the mobo and RAM are here waiting so much for out of stock. | 806770 | 2009-09-05 23:18:00 | I regularily order stuff from Ascent & if I seem to order before 3pm and it's in stock will recieve the item/s by 8.30am the next morning...........in Kaitaia, the other end of the island. Thats what I call A1+ service!. In fact the week before last recieved an item (8gb flash drive) the same day! It was ordered first thing that day & I suspect was shipped from Auckland but outstanding service all the same. |

I had untold problems with a bunch of stuff I bought from them (not their fault) and they worked really hard to get me sorted. While their prices aren't the cheapest (or the most expensive), I'm happy to pay a bit extra for excellent service. |
