I have a desktop microphone that works in Skype and when trying to set it up from sounds in the control panel it also works. But I can't get it to work with my camera which is a pain as I'm trying to make a short video to send to my sister. A Any ideas what's wrong? or a free alternative that will let me capture and save videos from my camera :thanks |

I recently purchased a USB microphone/headset stick on Trademe for about $12.50 inc freight because of a problem with my sound card, and it is working reasonably well. (A small problem that is related to one compuuter, not the USB stick). The Stick came from a supplier (i.e. not second hand), so If you want to try one, I can PM the email address of the supplier.
