| 807520 | 2009-09-07 03:20:00 | Yes ring them immediately and sort out the problem. Very similar thing happened to me, went over the 40gb limit without noticing until it was at 65 (?) gb. Got a huge bill which was able to be sorted out thankfully - as it was their problem I wasn't reduced to dial-up speeds but still, these days I wouldn't trust them at all - bastards. |

| 807524 | 2009-09-07 04:18:00 | Do they let you buy xtra bandwidth, same on a $1-2 per GB rate, if you don't want to be slowed down? I still like Xnets system, of only being billed for what you use, even though their service isn't as good as it once was. I would not have a clue about buying more data. I was not using anywhere near what I was paying for on a 20 Gig plan so decided to save some cash. |
