| 809668 | 2009-09-13 03:50:00 | Hi Folks. Anyone had dealings with this outfit? Out of the blue they have written to me (mail merge type) advertising their wares - including second hand stuff I wouldn't touch with a barge-pole. I am curious as to how they got my address and personalise the letter by referring to me by my abbreviated first-name, which I use amongst friends. Spam by any other name...... | Scouse (83) | ||

Since it's done by snail-mail, it's legal (as it costs the sender a substantial amount of money to spam you). |
