809392 2009-09-12 21:32:00 I use my Nokia pocket watch/ phone on a daily basis and have a cheap warehouse watch for caving as it will get trashed fairly quickly gary67 (56)
809393 2009-09-12 21:34:00 Seiko. Without question.
Husbands Seiko of unmentionable age finally gave up and unfortunately due to price we had to settle for a Casio.

Seiko isn't expensive like Rolex, just past our budget at present, so go for one of them........

Husbands?

809395 2009-09-12 22:23:00 Thankxx

My Pulsar broke so need new one. It lasted 4 yrs before needing new battery and then the other day i broke it clipped it in the railing

Yeah i have heard great things abt Seiko esp the perpetual Kinetic ones needing no battery.. Tag Heur is another one in my mind. Although they say Seiko is more classic lookin and Tag Heur is more trendy / contemporary

I rather buy a exp one and use it for at least several years so dont prefer 20 dola ones frm Warehouse :P

809396 2009-09-12 23:09:00 I don't know how much an Omega Constellation goes for, but I think they're great. Subtle not a huge flash thing. Sleek. Hahaha.

But a 20$ watch from the warehouse will do whatever you want.

Never wore watches myself.

$6 or 7k overseas maybe 9 or more here. Why not the speedmaster that's been used on the moon ;) with a scratch resistant glass.

809397 2009-09-12 23:16:00 Casio - Been wearing one for the past 10 years. Recently had to change the strap, but that's about it.

Cheers :)

809399 2009-09-13 01:29:00 I won't wear a 'good' watch again - they get bashed up too easily. Had two digital Seikos before (now in a drawer) on which the buttons got harder and harder to push until they became impossible. Found a plastic cheapie on a beach a couple of years ago with a broken strap - fixed easily and it's been going great since. seltsam (13470)
