| 888798 | 2010-05-28 04:05:00 | My Dell will not start up. It turns on and off all by itself, but never on to the point of being able to get into the computer. It sounds like it wants to boot... but it doesn't. What could possibly be causing this? I have unplugged all unnecessary items (scanner, printer etc). Any help would greatly be appreciated.:) |
