| 889447 | 2010-05-30 11:59:00 | Hi in my case when I'm trying to recover the lost/corrupted data from the external HD, am I able to do it with the help of the same PC. Or do I need another? Let us also assume that the data recovery is with one of the inside HDs. In that case, should I be doing that strictly in another PC? | 889448 | 2010-05-30 12:30:00 | You can use the same PC as long as there is another working hard drive with an installed OS on it that you can use to access the failed HDD. If a hard drive is about to fail it'll fail regardless of which PC its in. | WarNox (8772) | ||
