| 811283 | 2009-09-17 07:39:00 | Hi with the Nokia E75, when I select the client, is that via mobile data or is that via WIFI? It does ask me for a access point name which I have no idea what it is. Are these the settings you get off Vodafone or 2degrees? I will check with 2D for them, with VF I went online and the D75 is not listed for settings, what do I do? Thanks. |

The only one I bothered to set up was Gmail, and that was so remarkably easy that even I could do it. It is a bit slow though, but I don't care much since it would be probably accessed via mobile only once or twice a month. The access point I selected was 2 degrees internet, I haven't felt any overwhelming urge to try Wi-fi just yet. |

I did a search online and found this: discussions.europe.nokia.com Same as me, I don't get that setting under advanced email. It apparently connects to email straight to mobile data without asking me. While in the background I am happy surfing the net via WIFI. |

Not because of their service which is not too bad, but because of the stunts pulled by their accounts dept and the troubles to correct it. So far, 2 deg coverage has been better for me in the places where VF was marginal, so I am a happy chappy. Good luck with your set-up. |

If you install a 2nd email a/c you can, but if you put it under the primary email account that will also be automatic. I put the VF simcard and immecdiately it said ding dong you have mail. Put the 2D simcard in it which I have not set up yet .. it always ask me for the access point name if I select cancel, it will ask me again in a few minutes. Just by sitting on the table. Also Skype seems unavailable right for the E75. |
