811028 2009-09-17 01:43:00 For anyone that uses iTunes:

Does anyone know how to link two songs together? Ie so even when playing in shuffle the linked song will always play after the other.

If that makes sense?

I have two different tracks, one being the into to the other track, they play in order on the album but in shuffle it doesn't.

811029 2009-09-17 01:51:00 As far as I'm aware you can't actually do that - the whole point of track-based shuffle is to shuffle all the tracks.

A workaround would be to use something like Audacity to join them into one file, and play that.

Note that I don't use iTunes except for iPod software upgrades, so I could be wrong.

811030 2009-09-17 02:04:00 Or search online for a itunes custom shuffle tool/add on. Maybe a custom playlist/organizer could play/link files... kahawai chaser (3545)
811031 2009-09-17 03:50:00 You can join the two tracks together so that they appear as a single song, although you won't be able to skip straight to the second one if you do this.

To do it, insert the CD and highlight both songs. Go up to Advanced > Join CD Tracks, then re-import.
