1106446 2010-06-03 11:57:00 Have IP Cop running successfully for a few years and now can't access Adobe.com. Seems to be a DNS issue but I can't work out why. Haven't found any issue with any other websites and users are not complaining about any either.

Adobe is not blocked via firewall or filtering and nothing is logged as being blocked.

DNS on the server is OK. Just had a thought - I will change the DNS setting in IPcop to another server but currently using Telecom DNS settings so shouldn't be that.

1106447 2010-06-03 21:43:00 It's summed up in the page quite nicely, not as a DNS issue.

http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com is good to check, and www.adobe.com is definitely up.

I'm also using Telecoms DNS servers. You are using their new ones, right:
202.27.158.40
202.27.156.72

When I go to http://192.150.18.200 I get the adobe.com website, so try it again?

1106448 2010-06-03 22:47:00 Hi Chill.

Yes using the new DNS servers.

This has been on going for weeks and I can access from offsite fine.

I tried another secondary DNS server in IP cop but lost all internet but still had the primary DNS set to Telecom. Was late last night so put back the original setting and all go again and will test again later this evening when no one on site.

I will try another secondary DNS server in IP Cop. Maybe Xnet or some other. Any suggestions.

This is weird how it only affects Adobe.com.

I will scroll through more logs today. Hopefully find something to point me in the right direction.
