They still don't see how the AVs behave in a real world environment though, it would be bye bye Nortons and McAfee.

AVG has dropped rather dramatically since the last review I saw. I wish they would do more system heaviness tests, just cause I wanna see NOD32 win though. :D

I see loads of trojan infected PCs using Nortons and McAfees.

Last week was a complete disaster - he'd removed Avast and installed McAfees.

What I want to know is lets say you have 100 infections - how do they manage to get say 97.8% Its either 97 or 98 -- How do they get .8% of an infection, it either finds it or it doesn't :waughh:

The testing in question involved around 1.5M signatures not just 100. Even the smallest category Macro Viruses totalled 1198. Plenty of scope for parts of a %.
