Not what I experienced at all, The cops were rarely seen, as long as you didn't do anything to attract their attention you were fine. Even then you had to do something pretty major to attract their attention. |

| 812094 | 2009-09-21 09:43:00 | Different social outlooks I guess, In 5 years I was pulled up once,and I was well over the speed limit, In fact I was racing a Ford. And we never shied away from stopping for a beer or 3 on the way home, My local had strippers dancing 24 hours a day, I called in quite often.:D Having said that, I've never been to Victoria, It maybe completely different there. |

Even then you had to do something pretty major to attract their attention. I kinda agree, but what i saw you had to be a full on dick to attract attention, but man when you did you got pummeled. I seen police in aus hang out in packs more than just a lone officer kind of thing. But then again I worked mainly at night at bars or did surveillance work. |

| 812097 | 2009-09-23 10:04:00 | Oh yeah, If the cops come running, Lie down, Sure they will still have the dogs bite the hell out of you,sure they will baton you,sure you will get your face rammed into the concrete,and cuffed,and lifted and dropped a few times, But at least you start off on the ground rather then then being taken down by them. Seen a number of head injuries down Surfers when they crash tackled some fool into the concrete with a bottle in his hand. |
