1106316 2010-06-03 08:54:00 Flash drives work fine in NTFS, most of mine are. It's just that windows doesn't format them in NTFS. ;)

Use Gparted or a similar utility.

Don't bother with third party apps, just use diskpart, its built right in to Windows, you can even convert a disk without losing the data.

1106317 2010-06-03 21:49:00 Deimos, that's not *always* possible, for reasons I'm unsure why.

The HP USB Disk tool that snoopy mentioned has also worked for me on 2-3 occasions, I would recommend it as well :)
