Otherwise yeah, cash must be accepted. |

Interesting. However in that case surely it would just be a matter of delivering payment by that method. I assumed the same rule would apply. Turn up at door with payment, person would be obliged to accept. If the contract said that they didn't have to accept payment then I suppose timaru07 would be out of luck. Seems a rather odd situation. |
