| 1107306 | 2010-06-06 03:58:00 | My dayghters laptop goes to a black screen with the above message when she turns it on. Google shows me it can be fixed, the 1st option being to put in the installation disc and going to disc repair. Will she lose any of programs pictures etc on her hard drive if we do this ? Would she lose all her info if we just re installed vista ? Naturally she has'nt backed up anything (doesn't that always happen ?). | Clod (7853) | ||
