| 1107219 | 2010-06-06 00:35:00 | hello folks... recently i installed skype i am am having trouble with my incoming skype calls. the sound quality is poor/intermittent. i have checked all connections, done sound quality tests, both with skype and windows, (i run xp pro sp3). i also have checked the firewall.. all related software appears to be working well and has been updated. i believe the trouble may be with my isp... hopefully someone out there can shed some light on this cheers hoanikai |

| 1107221 | 2010-06-06 00:54:00 | thanks for your prompt response speedy... however this problem is there at all times...so congestion should NOT be at all times. as for the lag, what do you mean...? with my checks and tests the voice test taken from my microphone and played back immediately on my speakers is slightly delayed and that is all. when i phone skype voice test, the sound is irratic/intermittent/poor quality. my internet speed is fairly good, 100.0Mbps i am at a loss about this hope these notes shed some more light cheers |

| 1107222 | 2010-06-06 00:59:00 | Since you have to be on the net to use it, its like youtube. Too many on the net you get buffering sometimes (videos stop and buffer then start again). You can get the same thing with something like Skype. 100 will be your LAN connection not the net connection | Speedy Gonzales (78) | ||
