My word, underground flooding would be hard to bare, and underwater flooding could saturate our harbours rendering them unsuitable for cycling. Atmospheric flooding could be hard to support. Taken all round, surface flooding might be the benign alternative? |

Sub flooding is a just a result of sur flooding coming from super flooding You dont get sub surface flood warnings do you unless you are a nutter caver. |
