Every South Korean has to do army service like Singapore (Possible invasion of Malaya to get water) to protect themselves from a numbnuts country. I thought after the Weatherspoon fiasco excuses for knifing someone had better be good. The idiot lawyers are blaming the teacher the lawyers should be removed from the bar. |

This was not a random act of violence in the normal sense Damn right it wasn't! he went home, took a knife from the kitchen and put it in his school bag . Sounds premeditated to me . Psychiatric assessments revealed he had a problem with authority, low tolerance and poor impulse control . As you say in your title, prefect - "No excuse" . Most teenagers have this problem, why is this idiot any different? |

Avondale College teacher David Warren woke Chung as he dozed in his Japanese class on March 2, warning him "you'll be dead" if he slept while the North Korean army attacked. Which sounds to me like a nasty thing to say to someone you know is scared of going home and to the army!! |

If he was conscripted, and he was sleeping he'd have his ass kicked in boot camp (which would probably be more painful than being shot by a North Korean anyway :p). More than half the world gets conscripted... Maybe he should have focused his anger on the commies and not the teacher... Maybe if the teacher said something actually degrading to him, and he punched him then and there I would be more sympathetic to him. |

NZ helped them out last time now its their turn to look after themselves. North Korea might well invade the South. Their leaders lift hasnt quite got to the top floor but they wont win this time. China wont help them and they have dont have enough oil to sustain the military campaign. Also when he is Korea and war breaks out sleeping on sentry duty is punishable by death so the teacher might have saved his life. |
