Fair enough pctek.. however, after 17 years of having Sky, I found it was difficult to find anything new. Most of the doco stuff are close encounters of the 3rd time Ken :banana |

Watched it once, presenters & interviewees seemed to be tanked to the gills on caffeine. Talking at full speed with out pauses between sentences, moving around non stop like their feet were on fire. Made me nervous just watching it.... :o |

Most of the doco stuff are close encounters of the 3rd time Yeah. 90% of everything is crap. But tonight for instance: A doco on Otto Rahn, who Indiana Jones was based on. Although having googled him there's 2 things for sure that would have horrified Indy.... And on NatGeo - a series - Apocalypse. Thats horrific. Its more WWII which normally I can't stand anymore, but this is all made up of film taken by the ordinary soldiers and civilians caught up in it at all. So no usual rah rah, here's our troops rubbish. It's graphic. Never mind the hideous tragic people scenes, I can't understand how there was an animal left alive anywhere in Europe at all. Some really sad scenes. |
