Ken

Even if you don't like her policies, she has done a lot for NZ. If it wasn't for her, we probably wouldn't have the world cup hosting rights in 20-12

Would I be right in guessing she has got a short back and side?

813005 2009-09-24 09:29:00 Snaky comments be damned I hate her because of one trait.
That is when people under her had issues and were looking for her support she hung them out to dry.
Not supporting your subordinates when they need help is the sign of a bad leader and a scum human being.
Even if the people she let down were labor people.

The word hate is, in my opinion is a little strong.

Say what you like but enough people in NZ voted to keep her and the rest of the Government in power for 3 terms. I, for one, have some admiration for her as a Prime Minister. Not that I voted Labour for the last two elections BTW but she held the Party together.

She may look like she sucked a lemon in some pictures but so what?

Do you judge a book by its cover?

Do you judge a vocalist by his/her looks or colour?

I noticed on TV recently some models in the fashion show going down the catwalk and by looks there was no facial expression at all. May as well put a barbie doll out there to show off the designs but I make no judgement as to the models as actual people.

Just my 2 cents and you may feel free to reject my opinion.

813006 2009-09-25 02:04:00 No matter how polite or self righteous we try to be, we humans are influenced greatly by physical appearance - especially with VIPs.

That may be so but I have very rarely seen or heard anyone criticising or making derogatory comments about male "VIPs'" physical appearance, no matter how disliked or unpopular they are.

It's not like there are no fat and/or ugly males in the Government, either.

Rumour has it that there are even some outside the Nat. ranks - one of the sods keeps wearing my boots. ;)
