What sort of games are you planning on playing and at what resolution?

1107687 2010-06-07 07:56:00 How much are you paying for the GTX260? Just because it has a large memory doesn't mean it is the best. That's how they suck people in. Other than that the PC looks good, though I would replace the i5 650 with an i5 750. qazwsxokmijn (102)
1107688 2010-06-07 08:01:00 Looks pretty good, but have you decided on a Motherboard and PSU? Blam (54)

1107690 2010-06-07 08:14:00 I could replace the i5 with an i7-860 an I will probably be playing games like Far Cry 2, Just Cause 2, Fallout 3 at a resolution of 1280x1024. Also, what do you think of the graphics card (I could replace it with an ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB)? VendettaSteel (15813)

I am paying around $100 (NZ) for the GTX 260. Also, what do you think of upgrading to a core i7 (it will cost me $150)?

1107692 2010-06-07 08:34:00 Where are you getting all these parts from? Seems to be very cheap..... qazwsxokmijn (102)

I have a cousin who works at pc programing buisness and can get the parts on the cheap.

1107694 2010-06-07 10:39:00 Hmmm....still seems insanely cheap. But as you said earlier, get a 5770 in place of the GTX260. And if you can upgrade the CPU to an i7 860 for only $150, then go for it. qazwsxokmijn (102)
