1107355 2010-06-06 12:45:00 Long time no see... Anyway..

I was watching a movie tonight, I went into the computer room and i heard a beep, beep, beep, beep... Pause.... beep, beep, beep, beep coming from the computer, Went over and it was still off.

The system is win 7 Ultimate BTW

I turned it on and the beeping went away, Then i shut it down again and then...

beep, beep, beep, beep... Pause.... beep, beep, beep, beep

Really creepy, The only time it will go away is if it is on or unplugged.:devil

I cold not isolate where the sound was coming from.
Its a really soft wimpy beep like beep beep Not BEEEEP BEEEEP!!!

Its really got my intrigued..

Anyone heard of this before???

1107357 2010-06-06 13:13:00 Its quite obviously possessed by Satan.

Have you tried praying?

If that didn't work then sprinkle holy water over it while chanting.

1107360 2010-06-06 16:21:00 Is it possible something isnt turning off? Maybe mobo shuts down everything but still has itself "powered on" so it could be squealing about other things not having power hueybot3000 (3646)

It's not off, it can't beep if it is off. So for one thing it's not shutting down properly.

1107364 2010-06-06 22:35:00 Unless you switch it off at the back or pull the plug there is still power going to the mb. Unless I do the before mentioned on my computer there is a green led glowing on my mb.
