1107238 2010-06-06 02:38:00 Does anyone know where I could get about 128mb of 30 Pin SIMM RAM? If you don't know it looks like this: icow (15313)

1107241 2010-06-06 03:09:00 I don't know if they ever made 30 pin bigger than about 16MB... robsonde (120)
1107242 2010-06-06 03:11:00 Sorry man, I thought I had some, but it's 72 pin :(

I second that. I've got some old sticks lying around at work somewhere, but I think it's only around 8MB total over 4 modules. 128MB was a lot in those days!!!

I'm already running two 8's and the hard drive is only 502mb  .

1107245 2010-06-06 09:53:00 Just checked wiki, turns out standard sizes range from zip to 16mb. Which is good cause two 16 sticks would work fine. I'm going to play some AOE 1 & 2 and NFS 2 LAN with some of my friends. AOE 1 already runs but I need 32mb to play AOE 2. icow (15313)
1107246 2010-06-06 09:57:00 I think I've got 16MB in my old router...
From memory it's
2 x 4MB
2 x expansion risers with 4 x 1MB in each

What do the expansion risers do? Do they go into RAM slots and allow you to stick more sticks in like a USB Hub?
