1107128 2010-06-05 10:12:00 When I had my computer in for repairs the chap for some unknown reason installed Power DVD6 and it or something is causing me problems when starting up my computer. When I tried to Uninstall it this message appears "an installation support file could not be installed. The System cannot find the file specified".
Could someone PLEASE tell me how to uninstall this useless piece of rubbish?? Many thanks.:help:

1107129 2010-06-05 10:40:00 Download this zip file and extract it
www.revouninstaller.com

Then run Revo Uninstaller, and use it to remove power dvd 6.

Rememeber to only tick bold items when it recommends what registry keys to delete.

1107130 2010-06-05 11:03:00 Blam - I tried that but when I ran the download it came up with a page full of all sorts on a Notpad page. Sorry, don't understand this. NanaD (12752)
1107131 2010-06-05 11:48:00 Do you have Winzip. If not download it from Here. (www.vodahost.com)

1107135 2010-06-05 13:12:00 You don't really need Winzip as XP and later OS's (OSi ?) can extract .zips natively. feersumendjinn (64)
1107136 2010-06-06 07:54:00 Glad to hear you've got it sorted :D

If you'd prefer to have Revo, properly installed, you can grab the setup here
