1109006 2010-06-11 02:32:00 OK, so I just got the two Orton 4100C decoders today, plugged (tried both) it in, and had no joy. Pulled out the knackered Zinwell, plugged that in, did an update and all channels coming through just fine.

This is a standard Sky dish, seems to be dual LNB as far as I can tell with just one RG6 cable running from it.

The LNB freq. on the Zinwell is 10750, I have duplicated this on the Orton but still no joy. All the channels are found and arranged correctly, the signal strength is up around 75%, but there is 'no signal' showing when any of the channels are selected.

I'm sure it's just a setting that i'm missing somewhere, have had a good read of the manual, but there is no help there.

Anyone have any ideas as to what I might be missing?

Cheers. :)

1109007 2010-06-11 02:58:00 Got it sorted - turned out I had selected universal LNB with 10750MHz rather than standard LNB.

Tried pretty much every combination except the right one! :p
