2009-09-29 01:16:00 | Starts off "Hi I'm Amanda!" Doesn't say what company. "If you have trouble paying mortgage or worried about redundancy press 1 and a consultant will contact you." It's all pre-recorded and presumably phoning numbers all over the place. Anyone know which company? I want to make sure I never deal with them. | coldot (6847) | |
2009-09-29 01:36:00 | They have that sort of automated cold calling in the US. Phone up your phone provider to complain. The more complaints they get, the more likely they will do something to stop it, as they won't want to be dealing with complaints for that sort of thing, as it cost them a lot of money to deal with complaints . | robbyp (2751) | |
2009-09-29 01:47:00 | I had someone ring me yesterday at about 3 or 4, asking me about mortgage and payments, but it was a human, and I told her I wasn't interested in whatever they had to offer. Don't recall the company name. | Cato (6936) | |

2009-10-01 09:09:00 | Amanda called me at work tonight, I let it run, transferred it to another number, let it run, repeat a few times. Put it on hold for a while and sort of overlooked her for a while. 50 minutes later when I checked she had hung up on me. Still no idea what it was for. I felt better though. | R2x1 (4628) | |

When they knock on my door, they are confronted with my huge german shepherd and they leave fairly quickly. |
