| 815903 | 2009-10-02 04:29:00 | It's not "their" software once you've bought it; you have to house and feed it, you have paid for it, you are the only one allowed to use it, you are the one who gets the blame if the software turns malicious and dumps your bank account in Nigeria, you own all the viruses in it and you are the one who has to clean up any mess it makes. Oops, sorry, you sigmed an EULA, so M$ rulez. You are just the caretaker and have no rights, only responsibilities. It is nearly as good as a money-back guarantee on eternal life. |
