I borrowed a friends router which had been setup with a Paradise business ADSL connection and it worked perfectly on my home phone line. The same also happened with a 2nd hand router I bought from Trademe and the previous owner had not reset the configuration. So it would appear you do not have to have the correct phone number, just ADSL enabled on your line..... and it doesn't even have to be the same ISP |
