| 1109220 | 2010-06-11 07:37:00 | My home pc has 2 user accounts, A & B., user A works fine, no issues. When user B is logged in, Win 7 loads fine, applications all work OK except when launching Windows Live messenger, a windows pops up saying something like: Preparing to install MSTPCRT.msi but could not find the msi installation file, it's pointing to user A\application data\local\temp ... but, there isn't such a file in the above path. Clicked cancel a couple of times to close the pop up windows and MSN loads and works OK. It's annoying. How do I resolve this problem? |
