817174 2009-10-05 17:22:00 My ISP is Telstraclear.

I received an email from them offering Global Roaming. I'm visiting Australia in a few weeks time and want to take my notebook.

Their blurb is that it's a lot less expensive to use global roaming instead of hotel Internet access.

My question is... does anyone have experience of this sort of service? (esp with Telstraclear)

Thx

817175 2009-10-05 22:46:00 I would seriously doubt that Global Roaming with any telecommunications provider (especially a Kiwi one) is cheaper than using the local service, data or voice. The only benefit with a Global Roaming arrangement is one bill. johcar (6283)
