Use something like ccleaner and remove the temp files etc. See how much it removes |

one of my friends also suggested using a ccleaner. I just tried it and it removed 1487 MB. i tried using ccleaner to delete printmaster but it still says string accessed out of bounds |

Highlight its entry in ccleaner (under tools / uninstall), then delete it. No point it being there, if it doesnt work. Go to program files and delete its folder (dont delete anything else). Then use ccleaner's registry option and remove whatever comes up |

WHAT doesnt work?? You should be able to delete the entry in ccleaner. DONT try to uninstall it. You've already said that doesnt work |

If printmaster is listed under a Broderbund software folder then it may be present in other directories/folders (e.g. C:\documents and settings\... or C:\Users... etc. May have to do a PC search to find those folders, which may require manual removal. But surely ccleaner should delete the entries, or maybe the files are corrupt? |
